Programs
This weekly running group will meet at Great River Landing trailhead. We will start with 1 mile practice and work up to 3 miles, in preparation for local 5K races of your choice. A discount to the Fleis Nightfall Frolic 5k run in Onalaska will also be given. This is a casual, small group and no distance running experience is necessary. Parents are welcome to join in the runs, but no unregistered youth please. Stretching and coaching guidance will be provided. Please wear comfortable running sneakers and running clothes. Bathroom and drinking fountain open, depending on weather.
