Winter Olympics, have you interested in Curling? Join the La Crosse Curling Club at the Omni Center for an introduction to the sport of curling and how to play. Club instructors will teach you the basics, including delivering the stone, sweeping, and scoring!

Please arrive at 6:30pm to finalize registration.

6:30-7pm: Off-ice instruction
7:00-9:00pm: On-ice instruction

What to wear:
•Closed-toe, rubber-soled shoes; no boots or leather-soled shoes!
•Warm socks and warm, flexible clothes; tight pants like jeans prohibit flexibility and movement
•Consider wearing a hat and thin gloves

Experience and physical considerations:
•No experience is required, and all ages are welcome, but participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and weigh at least 60lbs to curl.
•If you have hip or knee joint issues, or have difficulty crouching for a standard sliding delivery, we can teach you the standing “stick” delivery - you can still curl!
