Facility Details
Shelters may be rented May through September from 8 AM to 11 PM. To rent a shelter, full payment to the Onalaska P/R Dept. is due at the time of booking to reserve your date. All shelter rentals are non-refundable and can only be reserved up to one year in advance.
All shelters require a key pick up the day prior to your event or Thursday/Friday before your event, as we are not open on the weekends.
Renter is responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals, agreements, licensing, permits and the like in relation to any event they plan to host at the shelter rented.
When a shelter reservation is made, it is made for the entire day even if the event that is only a few hours. We do not allow early entry into the shelter for set-up. If you would like to do so, the facility must be reserved for both days. We do not take reservations over the phone. Winter months this shelter is heated with the capacity of 15-18 people. Ballfields, Bathrooms, Drinking Fountain, Electricity, Garbage cans with liners, Handicap Accessible, Horseshoe pits, Lights, On Street Parking, Playground, Two connecting rooms, Windows roll up.
